The most beautiful thing you can wear is confidence.”

Confidence is not something that can be learned like a set of rules; confidence is a state of mind. To reach that state of mind you need to reveal who you are.

Optimism is the faith that leads to achievement. Nothing can be done without hope and confidence.” Helen Keller

People who are optimistic are more committed to their goals, are more successful in achieving their goals, are more satisfied with their lives, and have better mental and physical health when compared to more pessimistic people.

Life is a mixture of positives and negatives. The optimists are using negative feedback to fuel to speed up their journey of success. Whereas pessimistic live in that negative spoiling their well being. So live as an optimist admiring present with ignoring and learning from the negatives.

Learning is a life long process. All our experiences are giving a new lesson for life. These lessons can be accepted or rejected. If we are rejecting, we may commit the same mistake again without any alteration. And that may lead to a negative impact on your life. To avoid it always be a learner. Learn for practical use. So always be a learner to get a confidence boost up in your life.

Developing ways to give time and space to our difficult emotions is especially important right now. If you don’t have practice tolerating discomfort and harnessing unwieldy feelings into something manageable, there’s a good chance you’re having a really hard time right now

“Emotions are adaptive and useful to us,” John Grych, Ph.D., professor of psychology at Marquette University, tells SELF. “Tuning into them helps you recognize what you might need at the moment and allows you to act on those observations.”

Keep Calm and Carry On was a motivational poster produced by the British government in 1939 in preparation for World War II. A man must take pride in himself.

He should stand his ground and is firm in his beliefs. He cannot be pushed around by the world or controlled. He is self-reliant, he is independent, he is free of his will.

Take pride in yourself, take pride in who you are, take pride in your race, take pride in your heritage, take pride in being a man, take pride in standing strong, and fighting against the world around you. while others are decaying you are growing stronger every day. Take pride in this, take pride in yourself, and take pride in being a man.
